David F. Apple
 

David is a Founding Partner of Archbrook Capital Management, LLC where he focuses primarily on sourcing, structuring, executing and monitoring Archbrook’s private investments. Prior to that, David was a Vice President at SG Cowen Securities in its Leveraged Finance Group where he was responsible for structuring, executing and marketing bank, bond, bridge and mezzanine financings for corporate acquisitions and leveraged buyout transactions. Prior to that, David was an Associate in the High Yield Group at Bank of America Securities where executed high yield and bridge financings, predominantly for leveraged buyout transactions.   David currently serves on the Boards of Commercial Credit Group Inc., Alexin LLC, TrayPak Corporation, and Argus Event Staffing LLC and was a former board member of SpineMedica, Inc., Heritage Union LLC, Home Care Delivered, Inc, CFS Clinical, LLC, and Factortrust Inc.
 
David received an MBA from the University of North Carolina, where he graduated with honors, and a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
 
 
John F. McGlinn II
 
John is a Founding Partner of Archbrook Capital Management LLC where he focuses primarily on raising capital for Archbrook’s various investments and on making the asset allocation and investment decisions.  Since 1996, John has served as the President of Tarbhan Associates, Inc., the predecessor General Partner of Golden Eagle Partners. Prior to founding Archbrook, John was responsible for making all the investment decisions of Golden Eagle Partners.  John currently serves on the Board of Alexin LLC, TrayPak Corporation and Argus Event Staffing LLC and was a former board member of SpineMedica, Inc., Home Care Delivered, Inc, CFS Clinical, LLC, and Factortrust Inc.
 
Mr. McGlinn received an MBA from the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

 
 
 
Jon Mishkin
 
Jon joined Archbrook in April 2015 as Director, Portfolio Company Operations.  Mr. Mishkin focuses primarily on working with select Archbrook portfolio companies.  He focuses on the operational, financial and strategic focus and direction of these companies as well as day-to –day operations, as needed.  Mr. Mishkin has over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance, M&A, and international operations.   Mr. Mishkin currently works with Tray-Pak Corporation and Argus Staffing.

 
Prior to Archbrook, Mr. Mishkin was Vice-President – Finance at DrugDev following its purchase of CFS Clinical.  Mr. Mishkin was the Chief Financial Officer of CFS Clinical for three years prior to its acquisition by DrugDev.  Previously, Mr. Mishkin was the Controller for Asia Pacific for Cardinal Health (after their acquisition of VIASYS Healthcare).  He had full financial responsibilities for Cardinal Health Hong Kong Limited and their Beijing Representative office and was based in Hong Kong for several years with his family.
 
Mr. Mishkin received a B.S. from the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University.
